Yesterday I received the results of my MRI and I have a slight tear in my meniscus and fortunately the doctor said it's a small enough tear that he does not think surgery is required. But I do have to take it easy for a few more weeks and he asked that I not do my exercise walking but has cleared me to use the bike. So I am happy to get my blood flowing again with some good exercise. Anyway, this is my last day of sitting around and resting my knee. As I sit her chillaxn (I just love this new word) my mind was wandering to naughty thoughts and I was fantasizing about how sweet it would be to have a nice man come over here and "take care" of me ... any volunteers?
