Time to catch up

WOW can you believe it is almost April already? Time is just flying by and we here in Phoenix are suppose to hit 98 degrees on Friday, it is just too early for those high temps. Tomorrow Rob and I will be attending The Phoenix Forum, which will be my second time. It is an industry event and a chance to network a bit, so should be an good time. Other than that I am looking forward to a mellow weekend. I have had an emotional week with every day getting better.

If you follow me on Twitter, you have read that my eldest son moved on Monday to Chicago. He and his g/f decided they were ready for a change and were ready to move from AZ. I was an emotional mess on Monday and just cried most of the day. I had our first son when I was just 20 so we have grown up together and it hit me harder than I thought it would when he left. With that said, each day is better and I am so very proud and happy for him, he is truly a wonderful son.

I spoke to my mom for the first time yesterday since visiting her a few weeks ago. This was her week off of chemo and the drs said her levels were down which were good and she has gained 2 pounds which is great. She had lost 30 pounds after her surgery in Oct leading up to this chemo. I told her that I thought she sounded really good too and she said this week is the first time since her surgery last fall that she was able to sleep the entire night in her own bed. So thank you all so much for your words of encouragement and prayers, they truly mean so very much to me.

I am excited to get my tan going again which will start on Monday, life interrupted the process for me, LOL, but it is time to kick it up and getting the lines back :) Also back to the gym, I want to honestly try to start running a bit, not been a fan in the past but I will give it an honest try :)

Last friday we had a big party at our house for my son and his g/f to show them off with a big celebration. Here are two fun pics from the night, LOL

Just another manic week, LOL

First of all I want to thank everyone for the kind words, thoughts and prayers regarding my Mom. As I posted back in October she had surgery for lung cancer and at the time of surgery they said everything looked good and no need for any other treatment. She has been complaining for months of shoulder pain and has been to every doctor/specialist you can imagine and been on every medication from steroids to pain meds to give her some relief. A recent CAT scanned showed that it was cancer in the shoulder and chest and that is what is causing the pain. She is in so much pain that she can not get comfortable sitting, standing or laying down and spends most of her day propped up on the sofa. The Oncologist is hopefully that chemo will kill the cancer, but time will tell. I flew home a week ago Thursday and spent time with my family. I came home the day she started her chemo. The good news is that she is determined to fight, but it is going to be a long road. Remember she has been through this before, she is a 12 year breast cancer survivor. My mom is absolutely the strongest person I know : ) So again, thank you everyone, it really means a great deal to me to have such great support. ((HUGS))

On a lighter note, I put up a new poll for you to vote on. From the last one it seems that most people like the tan lines so I am going to continue with those :) If you have a suggestion for a poll, let me know :)

Buzz Fucked & Madness

Ok so Rob is the one to call me out on not posting more, lol, although I already had plans to post today. So, did you see the latest update?? Buzz Fucked? That was the one and only time that I have mixed alcohol with doing pics or even being with anyone else. Anyway it was after a M & G and DJ showed up towards the end and we went back to my hotel and we all know how much I enjoy playing with DJ, hehe.. Who is first?

To spank my naughty behind, hehe… I have been such a slacker and I am sorry. I posted that I would do better and I have not, shame on me. If you are a reader of my blog and notice I have went a a week or longer without posting a “REAL” post, meaning not an update notice, then email me and tell me to get off my ass and post, lol.

Today I am going to the Red’s first Spring Training game. We had rain and wind storms last night and it looked like it had blown over, but now it is looking pretty cloudy :( And it is going to be a crisp 54 degrees. I promise to take a pic from the game and post it for you :)

Time to get ready for the game, I promise I will do better : )

Where has January gone?

I can not believe the last day of January is tomorrow, time is just flying by it seems. As I wrote previously I am going to get CAM up and going again and I hope to work on it today so that I can do a show this week.

I have been working on getting back in better health and it has been 3 1/2 weeks now. I first gave up my soda which is HUGE for me as I love a nice cold Coke, lol. My first goal I set for myself was to lose 10 pounds by 2/4 and so far I have lost 8, so I am close to my goal. Now don’t get me wrong I am not looking to be a skinny girl as that will never happen, but lets be honest, I can loose more and still have curves. But I am doing it the right way, eating right and exercise and taking it slowly.

So have you been to my site lately? Did you see how we arranged things for you by categories? We thought it would be easier for you to navigate and find what you are looking for more quickly. Have you noticed the change? What do you think??

Lastly I must say I have been very spoiled this past month and half with people buying items for me off of my Amazon Wish List. And I want to thank you all so very much, I can not begin to express my gratitude. Well maybe by using some of the items and sharing my fun with you will show my appreciation :) And the last update in the tube was from a site that sent me a toy to review for them and I will be posting more about that later.

As a former English teacher, I wish I had had this as an example. (Although, of course, I couldn’t have really used it in the classroom, as tempting as it would’ve been. Still, I’m sharing it w/ you for a laugh!)

Those of us who fall into the world of hi-tech should take note of the importance of correct grammar.

I have noticed that many who text messages & e-mail, have forgotten the “art” of capitalization.

Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse, and helping your uncle jack off a horse.

How is you new year going?

Mine, so far so good, no complaints. Rob was out of town this weekend and I tried to plan a naughty afternoon, but my friend was called into work for an emergency and had to cancel. So, perhaps another time I can meet up with him another time.

I want to thank Carl and Brian for both sending me items listed on my Amazon wishlist, I need to go add new items thanks to Brian sending me multiple things from the list. You have already watched me play with the gift Carl sent me and I will soon be doing pics/vid with some of the things Brian sent me soon.

Also I want to thank Harry who was driving through town last week and made the time to meet hubby and I for lunch. It was a very nice afternoon and I enjoyed meeting you and getting to know you a bit.

Beginning of a new year

Here we are again, starting another new year again. Are you ready for another year? I am and hope you are ready to take the ride with me. Now I don’t typically make New Year’s Resolutions, but I think I might in regards to my site this year. The last 6 months I have been a bit MIA in regards to my site and I am going to try and make that up to you in this new year. So here are a few things I am going to do my very best to do for you :)

*Continue to update every five days.
*Twitter daily and post more casual pics
*Update my blog on a more regular basis
*Try to do Dreamnet Chat on Tuesday evenings http://chat.dreamnet.com/
*Have Members Live Cam up and running this week and doing a weekly shows.
*Quicker turn around on my emails
*Lastly, get my butt back in gear and working out and to get back to a healthy way of living :) This is for both you and me. Now don’t worry I am not looking to do anything drastic, just lose some and get back to daily exercise which will make me feel better.

So if you find me slipping in any of these areas or think there is something else I need to add to my list, just call me out on it..

Here is to a fun and naughty new year and of course a HEALTHY new year too..

A nice weekend.

What a nice relaxing weekend we had this past week. Got to chill and relax and get some little things done around the house. Now we are preparing for my youngest son’s birthday tomorrow, he is going to be 18. I can’t believe it, seems like just yesterday, hehe

The holidays have had me very busy with work and such and I am hoping to have my out of town gifts in the mail by Friday, so keep your fingers crossed for me :) where do you stand on your list??

Lastly, I have submitted all the paperwork for cam for the second time, hopefully I did it correctly this time and we will be camming soon.

Holiday & Black Friday

So I had a wonderful Thanksgiving and I hope you did as well. I cooked dinner for 8, we had our family and my sons girlfriend and of course Faith, Jack and her Mom. It was nice to have them over to celebrate the day with us. But then Rob went home with them as I had to be at work at 2 a.m. to work on Black Friday!! Now I typically work part time, about 15 hours a week, well I worked 12 hours on Friday. And I must say this year people were more rude than years past. People tend to expect everything when they shop on Black Friday, like it is any normal day, duh!!!

I was in bed early on Friday as I had to work at 5 a.m. on Saturday. I only worked a couple of hours on Saturday and then I cam home and put up my Christmas tree and then started fighting with Roger kitty to stay out from under the tree, ugh.

Today I am making my list of those I need to buy for and what I have or want to get. I also have three birthdays to buy for in December, my baby is going to be 18 on December 7. So who is on your list?? Have you started your shopping? I really have not, but going to really start working on that this week.

Happy Veteran’s Day

I just want to wish all the Veteran’s of armed service a Happy Veteran’s Day. I appreciate the sacrifice you have given so that the rest of us can enjoy all the many freedoms of being a US Citizen.

So, are ya liking the new site? I did receive a few emails and those were positive, so I guess it is a success. I am going to try to have Members Cam ready by next Thursday, so stay tuned :)

Sunday I am going with a couple of people from work to see the Ellen Show on Monday, should be pretty fun trip. We are just spending the one night and we will hanging in Hollywood Sunday night. Not sure that I will get even casual pics but I will try, the people I am going with do not know about my site.
