Well last night was the fourth time for my run group. I made a big mistake and went to the gym the same day as my running group and my legs are still sore today, LOL. Last night we changed the program to 90 seconds running/jogging and 2 minutes recovering. I was able to jog 4.5 of the 90 second times. The picture below is a screen print of my fitbit tracker, I made my goal on steps walked, but not my distance.
